I am considering to upgrade my hardware for gaming. I bought my desk top almost 2 years ago and it still work fine now. I got an nvidia Ge7100 card and 1GB RAM in it. I had no problem running games till this summer. And the coming games such as GTA4 and Call of Duty: World at war may have higher requirement in hardware. I am checking the latest VGA cards and game consoles. I found the VGA card at least cost me 150~ 200 dollars. Friends recommend ATI Radeon 4 series and it is around 180. But the problem is my pc power supply may not be enough for it! Another plan is to get a new console. I prefer play station 3 because it is using blue ray disc. It has more potential than X360 and Wii in performance. Second reason is because it can be used as a blue-ray disc player. As a matter of fact, a normal blue ray player costs at least 300 dollars. So I think it is a good deal to spend a little more and get a game console in addition!
Another good new to me is the Sony card. It will give you 100 cash back when you purchase more than 299 online in Sony store! Now I think it is very easy for me to make decision!
